Mushroom lovers, we heard you loud and clear! As soon as tomatoes went out of season, we bid farewell to our caprese sandwich and crafted this new vegetarian option.

This sandwich combines roasted and marinated portobello mushrooms with fresh house mozzarella, parmesan, and bright, herbal and lemon-y vegan pesto. It comes on our custom sesame semolina Italian bread, made by Underground Baking in Hendersonville. Available every day we're open for lunch/brunch, from 11am-4pm!
