In Gab and Lago's hometown of Ridgewood, New Jersey, you can't walk a few blocks without bumping into a neighborhood deli. Gab grew up just around the corner from Parkwood Deli, and Best of Everything was the fixture deli downtown.

The Wilkes family owned three deli locations, one conveniently close to Ridgewood High School. During free periods, Gab or Lago and a gaggle of friends would walk over to Wilkes and all order the same thing: the buffalo chicken sandwich. Called “The Jet” for short, this sandwich featured breaded, fried, and sauced chicken cutlet, topped with blue cheese dressing on a kaiser roll. For this week only, Chef has recreated this perfect combination on Finest's signature sesame semolina roll. Come and get it!
