Benedetti's Deli, also known as Bobo's

Sits on a quieter street in Haverhill Mass, near the river, across from a barber shop, and next to a Church, .as most buildings in Massachusetts are. But inside is anything but quiet; Bobo's is a hub of this North Shore community where Mike (Founder of Finest) grew up. Every day before soccer practice through middle and high school, Mike would swing by Bobo's for a sandwich, and every day he got the chicken cutlet.

Our special today, August 19th, is an ode to the institution that is Bobo's. On our signature sesame semolina bread, this sandwich combines our Joyce Farms chicken cutlet with shredded lettuce, heirloom tomato, mayo, hot cherry peppers, and mozzarella.
